السؤال: My wife is converted european she made me tired and she made many mistake like not praying leaving the house andthe country witout telling me she made me loose a lot of money but we have 2 daughters in the end I told her many times that I divorce her I do not remember how many occasion but may be more than 3 times She distroyed me I lwas tired she is not worth a penny now we are separated for a year in different location but is it impossible for me to be with her again specially I worry about my 2 daughters and I wish to protect themand I am tunisian and the tunisian law will it will take me years to be married again
distroy me before get a divorce
can I bring her back or what is my choices

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وآله وصحبه ومن والاه،،وبعد
لا يجوز البقاء مع المراة التي لا تصلي،وكذلك لا يجوز البقاء للمراة مع الزوج الذي لا يصلي
واذا طلق الرجل 3 مرات فقد بانت منه بينونة كبرى لا رجعة الا بعد ان تتزوج زوجا اخر نكاحا صحيحا لا نكاح المحلل(التيس المستعار)
وعليه فلابد خروجها من البيت فهي لا تحل لك،وابحث عن زوجة على دين وخلق ،،والله يتولاك وبناتك ،وهو حسبنا ونعم الوكيل
