الإستشارة :assalamu alaikum dear brothers,
well sorry about not being able to write in arabic, but hope it is not an issue, and I would like thank you for your website, jasakumullah khair.
about my problem, I live in europe, and I have got to know a sister who lives in australia, and during a one year time period we used to chat almost everyday, and we didnt say, act or do anything outside the borders of shari'aa.
after a while I discussed with her the issue of marrige, and though we didnt make any mistake, it was only, and only a talk between a brother and a sister, till she visited me and we loved eachother alhamdulillah.
off course, before going ahead discussing marriage we both prayed istikhara, and were feeling good about it.
so when she visited me and we have accepted eachother as a man and a woman ( i mean physical attraction, beauty etc...), we wnt to a masjid and made our nikah contract as it is supposed to be.
well that night when we had married, was her last night, because she had to leave next day, and we had a nice night together except for having sex, in clear words, we kissed eachother, hugges, and as a reasult we had orgasm.
now the issue is , when we talk on the phone, we feel such a love, and we talk sometimes about sex, and today we will start start chatting again as usual, but with webcams, and under new conditions,...she is my wife now.
the thing that makes me worry is phone sex and cyber sex although we are married, and I really need your help, because I dont know what to do.
anyway I am 33 years old, she is 36, I am shafi'ey and she is hanafi.
the biggest issue now that we made our nika'ah without her "wali", because one of the witnesses had told me that by hanfi there is no need for wali as long as the woman is a grown-up.
all those parameters make us worry a little bit, especially she didnt tell her family about us, while during the nika'ah contract she told the sheikh that she had told her parents about it.
thank you very much for reading my mail, and hope Allh swt. will give us hidayah all, wassalam.
